We appreciate and value you as a customer! Therefore, all unworn, unused clothing, with tags still attached can be returned for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Some items that are non-refundable include: bathing suits and lingerie (underwear, teddy’s, negligees etc.) for sanitary reasons.

Gift items purchased during the Christmas season, starting Black Friday, Nov. 22nd thru Jan. 10th, will allow for an extended refund or exchange. Again, all tags must be attached and items unworn. Please don’t purchase a dress with the intention of wearing it for a holiday party then returning it. Our returned goods are carefully inspected and you run the risk of not receiving a refund if our Returns Specialist detects that the item was worn. If this is the case, you will receive an email from us.

Please ensure that your package is sent in a manner where it can be tracked with proof of postage. All returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until we receive notification of the return, in house.

If your item is incorrect or faulty, please contact us at: within 3 days of receipt of the parcel in order to obtain either a refund or replacement. Please do not return any faulty or incorrect items before you have been advised by our customer service team.

What To Do When Returning By Post:
Before returning any goods, please complete the returns form that came with your package and include it with the items being sent back. I would recommend taking a screenshot of the returns form, that you filled out, for your records and to upload to us at:

Be sure the front of the package is free of old labels and that they are either covered or removed, and mark the box, “returned goods”. Take to your local post office and send with tracking. This is very important to confirm the return and to protect you in order to receive a refund or exchange.

To make a return or exchange, we need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition – so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely. We are not able to accept any returns of products that have been worn or sent in a poorly wrapped box so make sure all goods are packaged securely.

We can only accept returns on returnable items and must be received within 14 days of delivery, except between Black Friday and January 10th for gift items.

The cost of returning or exchanging goods is the responsibility of the customer. Since we ship from various warehouses around the U.S. and Internationally, please carefully review the return form included with your shipment and follow the return instructions, including the return shipping address.
